The short version

Upohar has no accounts and no sign-up. We keep only what is needed to open a gift link, and nothing that identifies you, such as your phone number.

Where your gift is stored

To give you a short link (like upohar.pages.dev/g/Ab3x9Kq), we save your gift (the gift you chose, the names, your note and the YouTube link) in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We store nothing else: no phone number, no account, no location. The short code is random and hard to guess, but anyone who has the link can open the gift, so share it only with the person it is meant for.

If a short link can't be made, the app uses a longer link that carries the gift itself after the # sign. Browsers never send that part of a link to any server.

Want a gift deleted? Email us the link and we will remove it.

Your browser remembers your own name and your language choice on your device, so you don't have to type them again. You can clear this any time by clearing site data in your browser.
